IP video intercom systems

Our company developed a state-of-the-art IP intercom system that lets you:

open doors from a smartphone;
have online video communication;
use the client unit as an internal IP phone (call any apartment in the entrance, etc.);
manage the intercom in the personal account: restrict/grant access to any card or smartphone, call order, do-not-disturb hours, etc.;
time-limit door opening for guest cards;
time-limit door opening for building maintenance staff;
open the parking barrier with a card/smartphone;
cards have the most modern protection – they cannot be copied. This makes it clear which card belongs to which subscriber. A lost card gets blocked;
install an operator (concierge) monitor;
low monthly fee.

Recommendations for installing an IP intercom in an apartment

Run an 8-core UTP Cat5e copper cable from the Wi-Fi router location to the intercom panel location. Through this cable the intercom receives PoE power and internet connectivity. A small PoE adapter sits at the router location and needs a regular 220V outlet.
Mount the intercom panel 150-170 cm from its center to the floor (10-20 cm lower if children will use it).
