Payment options

The monthly fee is charged in advance. For example, to use the internet in January, you need to pay the January fee by December 31. You can temporarily suspend the service via the personal account or by calling us and specifying the desired period.

Payment reminders

In the personal account you can enable the "Notifications" service:

• SMS reminders (1 UAH per delivered message);
• reminder by phone call (a robot calls; free for all subscribers).

In the settings you choose how many days before disconnection the reminder arrives. If losing internet is critical for you, we recommend enabling both methods – e.g. an SMS 3 days before disconnection and a call 1 day before.

This service is especially useful for subscribers who pay for long periods (e.g. a whole year) – it is easy to forget the next payment. For monthly payers it is useful too: if the payment has already been made, no reminder is sent.

The "Credit mode" service

Sometimes the 1st of the month arrives and you forgot to pay – and the internet goes off. For such cases we have a convenient "Credit mode" feature to defer the payment.

On your request a temporary payment is credited and you can keep using our services. To use it, sign in to the personal account and press the "Credit mode" button. The internet activates for one day.

You can also activate it by phone automatically: call us from your number – the system will detect that your internet is off and offer to switch it on!

"Credit mode" is free and can be used up to 3 times a month.

Suspension during vacation

For vacations there is a useful "Service suspension" feature: in the personal account choose any period when you don't need the internet – and no fee is charged for that time!
