With IPv4 resources exhausted and the internet growing rapidly, network protocols needed modernization. IPv6 provides not only enough IP addresses but also better efficiency, security and functionality.

I am your client. Can I use IPv6? Do I need to activate anything?
Yes, we provide IPv6 addresses to virtually all subscribers. Nothing needs to be activated.
Do I need to configure my router to get an IPv6 address?
Yes, IPv6 is usually disabled by default – enable it in the settings. Like IPv4, we assign IPv6 via DHCP (dual stack).
Do all Wi-Fi routers support IPv6?
No, some do not. Sometimes support appears after a firmware update. Some routers declare IPv6 support but do not work with it correctly.
Which routers definitely support IPv6?
All modern TP-Link models, Mikrotik with firmware 6 and above, and many others.
How do I distribute IPv6 from my router to home devices?
Enable DHCPv6+SLAAC mode: some devices work better with DHCPv6 (e.g. Windows), others with SLAAC (e.g. Android).
How many IPv6 addresses do you provide?
Each subscriber gets one IPv6 WAN address for the router (/128) with a routed IPv6 PD (Prefix Delegation) block of /56. That is 2^72 addresses – 4,722,366,482,869,645,213,696 addresses.
Is the IPv6 block dynamic or static?
Static – this gives extra advantages, including assigning static IPs to specific devices from your router.
How do I check that IPv6 works?
Visit test-ipv6.com – the score should be at least 9 out of 10.
I configured the router but IPv6 does not work. What now?
Reboot the router. If that does not help, contact us – we will assist, and if needed send a specialist.
I have a manually configured static IPv4 address. How do I set up IPv6?
Contact support – we will issue your static IPv4 via DHCP, after which IPv6 starts working automatically.
What is your IPv6 block?
Our block is 2a07:f3c0::/29. If your address starts with 2a07, it came from us. Addresses starting with FE80 are link-local, assigned automatically when a device gets no external IPv6 address.
Can I get an IPv6 address without IPv4?
No, we issue both at once (dual stack). Not everyone has switched to IPv6 yet, and without IPv4 much of the internet would not work. Our system issues IPv6 only after the router successfully gets an IPv4 address.
Do all providers offer IPv6?
No, only a few providers offer IPv6 so far – but our subscribers get it.
How do I find out my static IPv6 block?
Check your router settings or the "IPv6 protocol" section in the personal account.
