Questions and answers
Why set up a Wi-Fi network if everyone has 4G on their phone?
Several reasons: mobile networks at event venues get overloaded and mobile internet may be very unstable; not all visitors have data plans with enough gigabytes; and if you need interactive voting or presentation sharing, visitors will be disappointed at best.
Why do I need your services if the venue already has Wi-Fi?
Our Wi-Fi has advantages: mass events usually have no specialist responsible for the network; standard consumer equipment becomes unstable with 20-30+ connections; the existing coverage may not span the whole venue; and without network management and protection one user can saturate the network, making it unavailable to others.
How much do your services cost?
The price is determined individually; for some events we provide the service for free.
Do I need to order in advance?
Yes, since setup can take several days.
Can your employee be present at the event to monitor the network?
Yes, at large events our technical specialist can be permanently present.
Will your Wi-Fi work without electricity?
Power is needed for the network. If there is no mains power, a generator can be used (ours or the client's).
