Payment methods for internet and TV

Online methods

Visa/MasterCard with saved cards

Payment is made securely and without commission in the subscriber's personal account, where you can link and save any number of payment cards and pay without entering card details every time. Go to the "Account top-up" page in the personal account, enter the amount in this method's block, add a new card if needed or press the pay button for the selected card. When adding a new card you can tick "Automatic monthly payment from this card" – your account will then be topped up automatically every month.

Visa/MasterCard without saving the card

Payment is made securely and without commission in the personal account or on the Pay online page, including via Apple Pay and Google Pay, without saving card details. In the personal account go to "Account top-up", enter the amount and press the pay button.

By card on the Privatbank website

Payment is made by going from the personal account to the Privatbank processing site and entering card details there. In the personal account go to "Account top-up", enter the amount and press the pay button.

By card on the EasyPay website

Payment is made by going from the personal account to the EasyPay processing site and entering card details there. In the personal account go to "Account top-up", enter the amount and press the pay button.

In the Monobank mobile app

Open the Monobank app on your Android or iOS device, go to "Other payments", choose "Utility payment", select the address, press "Add service", type Kopiyka in the search field, enter your PPC (personal payment code) in the "Personal account" field, then the amount, and pay.

Via Privat24 internet banking

In the web version next.privat24.ua choose "Services" → "Payments" → "Internet and TV", type Kopiyka in the search, select "Kopiyka, Internet", enter your personal payment code (PPC) and press "Next" to pay. In the Privat24 mobile app go to "Payments" → "Internet and TV", select "Kopiyka, Internet", enter your PPC and press "Next".

Offline methods via payment terminals

Privatbank terminals

On the terminal screen choose "All payments", type "Kopiyka", pass SMS phone verification, enter your PPC and top up following the prompts.

EasyPay terminals

On the terminal screen choose "Service catalog" → "Internet and other services", then type Kopiyka in Ukrainian. Enter your PPC and the amount, then insert the money. Note: this service charges a commission!

City24 terminals

On the terminal screen choose "TV/Internet", press "Kopiyka", choose the payment method, enter your PPC and press "Next".
